Structural Inspections

Structural Inspections Available:
As a representive of the Structural Engineering firm of Sark & Associates, evaluations of the following structural concerns can be made:

  • Site-Built Homes
  • Settlement Cracks
  • Foundation Cracks
  • Uneven Floors
  • Drywall/Plaster Cracks
FHA/HUD PERMANENT FOUNDATION
CERTIFICATIONS FOR MANUFACTURED HOMES:

All foundation systems, new and existing must meet the guidelines published in the Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Housing (HUD-7584), dated September 1996. A certification attesting to compliance with this handbook must be signed and sealed by a licensed professional engineer. For this inspection, we do the following:
  •  Complete site inspection
  • Verify type and condition of foundation system
  • Verify home is tied down
  • Verify site conditions
  • Certification report w/engineer seal
  • Provide scope-of-work(if necessary)


Inspections are completed within 1-5 days from date of order, usually 3 days or less. Reports are e-mailed or faxed within 24 hours of inspection.
