• Scheduling the inspection can be flexible at your convenience.
• Standard InterNACHI inspection agreement will be presented for your review prior to the inspection with electronic signature option available for your convenience.

• You and/or your realtor are welcomed to join me on the inspection.
• Payment by cash or check is accepted at the time of inspection or can be handled thru PayPal or Credit Card.
• Detailed, easy to read reports, complete with photos and recommendations for repairs or future maintenance of your home, will be provided with the inspection for your use. To see Sample Reports, click in the left margin.
  

My goal is to provide solutions to problems found during the inspection to allow you and your realtor to negotiate any needed repairs prior to closing.
